General Terms

The Spendly Card Agreement (this "Agreement"), together with the General Terms, Fees Policy, Privacy Policy, and any other applicable terms and conditions, collectively form a legally binding agreement between you, the holder of the Spendly Card (the "Client"), and Spendly Inc., a limited liability company incorporated in the State of Delaware, United States of America. This Agreement governs the use of the Spendly Card, a seamless no KYC off-ramp crypto card designed for converting crypto to cash and spending crypto effortlessly.

By completing the application procedure, the Client acknowledges and agrees to be bound by these terms, and such action constitutes execution of this Agreement.

Purpose

The Spendly Card is a prepaid card that empowers users to convert crypto to cash by loading U.S. Dollar value using supported cryptocurrencies, including BTC (Bitcoin), ETH (Ethereum), LTC (Litecoin), SOL (Solana), and USDT (Tether). Spendly may update the list of supported cryptocurrencies at its discretion without prior notice.

Spendly Cards are ideal for users wondering how to spend my crypto for online purchases or in-store transactions where Visa or Mastercard is accepted. The card serves as a reliable off-ramp, with exceptions for transactions involving financial institutions, money services platforms (e.g., PayPal, CashApp), or merchants in sanctioned countries.

Fees & Limits

Top-Up Fee: 4.5% on all crypto top-ups + 7$ card creation fee. (some cryptocurrencies like BTC and ETH might be subject to additional fees due to processing expenses).

Card Expiration: 12 months from issuance date.

No ATM Access: Cash withdrawals are not supported.

KYC Requirements: Minimal or crypto to cash no KYC options for virtual cards; physical cards may require KYC for higher limits.

Maximum Load Limits:

$10,000 USD for international Mastercard cards.

Minimum Load:

$50 USD for International Mastercard.

Use of Spendly Card

The Spendly Card simplifies how to spend my crypto by enabling online purchases and in-person payments via mobile wallets like Apple Pay or Google Pay, wherever Visa or Mastercard is accepted, depending on the card type issued. As a no KYC off-ramp crypto card, it offers privacy-focused spending for smaller transactions.

The Spendly Card cannot be used for:

  • Funds transfers, including linking to platforms like PayPal, CashApp, Venmo, or similar services.

  • Gambling, including casinos, online betting, or lottery services.

  • Any activity prohibited under anti-money laundering (AML) policies, which may result in card restrictions or termination without refund.

Cards may not be used or accessed in the following sanctioned countries. Attempting to use a Spendly Card in these jurisdictions may lead to the card being locked or canceled, and Spendly Inc. is not liable for any resulting loss of funds:

Albania, Belarus, Congo, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Côte d'Ivoire, Cuba, Islamic Republic of Iran, Iraq, Democratic People's Republic of Korea (North Korea), Lebanon, Libya, Myanmar, Nicaragua, Pakistan, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan, Syrian Arab Republic, Turkey, Ukraine, Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, Yemen, Zimbabwe.

Fraud Restrictions

Spendly Inc.’s issuing partners and card networks implement robust fraud monitoring. If suspicious or fraudulent activity is detected, your card may be immediately locked or canceled. Spendly Inc. is not liable for card restrictions or losses resulting from security measures enforced by our providers.
